What is an Opportunity Collaborative?

Neighborhood Opportunity Collaboratives establish a contemporary service provider model - one that proactively engages those it serves where they live. One that, via enhanced provider collaboration, can scale to both the need and the inability to fill critical job openings and one that creates access to creativity and prosperity for employers and households to connect.
