Here is the Waukegan Market Report sharing Opportunity Collaborative information and the census tract analysis, quantifying the demographics and trends of specific areas, focusing on distressed areas. This data leads to dialog about needs and opportunities for service providers and residents to work together to better scale resources leading to a path to prosperity.
What is an Opportunity Collaborative?
Neighborhood Opportunity Collaboratives establish a contemporary service provider model - one that proactively engages those it serves where they live. One that, via enhanced provider collaboration, can scale to both the need and the inability to fill critical job openings and one that creates access to creativity and prosperity for employers and households to connect.
